“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matt. 11:28)

Jesus calls out to the weary, “Come and find true rest!” Doesn’t it seem that everyone you know is anxious, scared, and exhausted? Maybe you feel this way.

Augustine prayed, “God make me restless until I find my rest in you.” He knew that sometimes restlessness is good, if it leads us to true rest.

For you, and for most everyone you know, the experience of restlessness, anxiety, fear, and exhaustion is normal...but did you know that this restlessness can be brought to peace?

If we want to know the deepest rest we can know, we can only find it in Jesus. And the same is true for those who surround us.

Questions

→ Why are you weary? Where do you need deep rest?

→ Who do you know that has not experienced rest in Christ?
