Kyle Worley — Lead Pastor

kworley@mosaicrichardson.com

I have been “Texas Forever,” forever. I’ve spent several years living and pastoring in the Richardson area—leading home groups and providing biblical and theological training. I am married to Lauren, a former elementary educator, and we adopted Lydia Joanna in November 2016.

I am passionate about what God is doing and will do through Mosaic Church, and I feel a particular burden to raise up, equip, and release a gospel-centered family of disciple-makers in Richardson. I previously served at The Village Church and am the host of the Knowing Faith Podcast and the author of Pitfalls: Along the Path to Young and Reformed. On a day off, you can find me loving on my girls, cooking, drinking coffee, reading, and thinking about working out.

Antonea Bastian — Children’s & Women’s Minister

abastian@mosaicrichardson.com

I grew up all over the U.S. and made my way to Dallas when I attended SMU. After graduation, I taught for two years in a high school and became a member at The Village Church—Dallas.

After my time at the Dallas campus I had the opportunity to help launch The Village Church—Southlake campus as the elementary minister and executive assistant. The Lord has been abundantly kind to invite me to the beautiful work he is doing in his kingdom!

I love my family, kids of all ages, reading, and growing as a peacemaker in everyday life! My hope for Mosaic is that we would be a self-fulfilling prophecy; that we would worship the Lord with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength and love our neighbors as ourselves.

Stephen Clardy — Worship Minister

sclardy@mosaicrichardson.com

I grew up in San Antonio, but have called the Dallas area home since 2011. In 2015 I graduated from Dallas Baptist University and married Kristen. We have two girls—Eliza and Helen.

As a young kid, I placed my faith in Jesus through discipleship in my home and local church. In the spring of 2009 the Lord revealed His calling for me to pursue ministry in the life of the church, to use my God-given gifts to help shepherd His people and preach the gospel.

I am very passionate about the local church and want to see many followers of Jesus faithfully walk in maturity of faith. I believe congregational worship is vital to the life of the church because it regularly reorients us around God’s truth and stirs our affections for him.

My hope for Mosaic Church is that we would be a people enthralled by our God, who eagerly seek to obey Him and magnify His name in all things and all places.

The little things I enjoy in life are reading, specialty coffee, and cheering for the San Antonio Spurs.

Max Diener — Minister/Operations

mdiener@mosaicrichardson.com

I am originally from the exotic city of Plano, Texas. Between an undergraduate degree at SMU and work in the consulting industry after graduation, I've spent my whole life living in DFW. I am married to Hannah, and we have three children—Jane, Sam, and Pierce.

My hope is that God's name will be made great in the city of Richardson through the changed people of his church. I long to help equip believers to serve the body and make disciples in their God-given spheres of influence.

My prayer is that Mosaic will be a place for the lost to feel welcome and for believers to experience a faith marked by a costly love which prompts them to rely on Jesus and draws them into deeper communion with God.

Lexi Jordan — Family Ministry Associate

ljordan@mosaicrichardson.com

I grew up in Flower Mound, so I am a Dallas native and Dallas has my heart. I am a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2016 (Whoop!). I moved to Richardson after I graduated to go on staff with Young Life. I have been on staff at Mosaic since 2018.

I love my family, kids of all ages, ice cream, sports (especially football and soccer), and my Texas A&M Aggies (Gig 'Em!). I love Mosaic, and am so excited to be a part of a family of believers in Richardson that not only loves the Lord and each other, but that also loves their community and desires to share and show the love of Christ with the diverse people of Richardson.

Rachel Parker - Church Administrator

I grew up in Belton, Texas, which once was a small town north of Austin (but now has a Crumbl cookies - so we’re moving up in the world!) After graduating from Texas A&M University, I moved to Dallas to begin a career in public accounting. The Lord, in His kindness, brought me to Mosaic around the same time - and what a blessing that has been!

I am absolutely thrilled to join the rest of the staff in serving and loving the people of Mosaic. My hope for Mosaic is that we would be a people marked by the Fruit of the Spirit, that we would be committed to sacrificially loving each other and our neighbors, and above all that we would magnify the name of the Lord in all that we do.

My current joys in life include quilting, taking long walks, and trying to keep a select few plants alive.

I grew up just down the road in Fort Worth and attended Abilene Christian University for my undergrad degree and University of North Texas for my masters. Mark and I met in college, were married in 1999, and have lived in the Dallas area ever since. We have four children—Kendyll, Carlie, Abby Kate, and Gabe. We live in the Northwood Hills neighborhood, just on the border of Richardson and Dallas.

Alisa Rudd — Women’s Ministry Team

arudd@mosaicrichardson.com

I grew up in Rowlett, Texas. I attended Texas A&M and then moved to Dallas after graduation where I met my husband Rob at the Village Church. We have been married since 2012 and have three kiddos: Colt, Jude, and Lyla. We currently call the Reservation neighborhood home. I am so honored to serve the body through work with Women’s Bible Study and getting to see women love the Lord with their minds and develop a passion for the Word of God.
